Fifteen years of building Odisha's finest spaces.

We started Clay & Bricks in 2010 with a single conviction: that Odisha's material heritage—laterite, sandstone, terracotta—deserves a contemporary stage, not a museum cabinet.

Today, our integrated studio handles everything from the first architectural sketch to the final furniture placement. Two disciplines under one roof means zero gaps between design intent and constructed reality.

Our process is slow by design. We take on a limited number of projects each year to ensure every space receives the attention it deserves. The result is spaces that feel authored, not assembled.

From Blueprint to Turnkey Reality.

PHASE 01

Vision & 2D/3D Planning

Weeks 1 – 3

Architectural drafting, structural feasibility, and hyper-realistic 3D visualization. We model every millimeter and material before a single hammer is raised.

Material Sourcing & Curation

Weeks 4 – 6

Direct procurement from Odisha quarries and specialized European suppliers. Laterite stone, bespoke joinery timbers, and custom brass hardware are locked in.

Civil & Structural Execution

Months 2 – 5

On-site construction managed by our in-house civil engineers. Daily logs, milestone stress tests, and stringent quality audits guarantee absolute structural integrity.
